Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Google Search Console MCP Server and related OAuth connection flow.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Google Search Console MCP Server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

The service provides a hosted MCP endpoint that connects authorized Google Search Console accounts to compatible AI clients. It may expose tool operations such as listing properties, querying performance data, inspecting URLs, and managing sitemaps.

3. Google account authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect the Google account and Search Console properties you use with this service. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account permissions.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or confirmation safeguards.
  • Do not use the service to interfere with Google services, other users, or hosting infrastructure.
  • Do not submit requests for properties or data you are not authorized to access.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, endpoints, supported tools, and integration methods may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice.

6. Third-party services

This service depends on third-party platforms including Google APIs, MCP clients, hosting providers, and related network services. Their availability, terms, and policies may affect your use of this service.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, traffic, rankings, business opportunity, or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, including for abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
